Tom Moring 20th April 2011

I remember growing up across Main Street, and spending many evenings and weekends at the de Brauw home. I think Chris and Ann made me a metric ton of pancakes as a teenager (but to be fair, Alan Michael and Trevor helped eat them). I always enjoyed the time, and felt welcome in the house. Even as a kid playing in the back yard, I remember being VERY careful not to hit a foul ball in to the garden. Ann leaves a wonderful legacy in Chris and the boys, and I hope your memories will remind you what a kind, loving, sweet and open person we had to giude us as young men. My sympathy is with all of you, who have lost so much, and my wish is you will be able to remember what a wonderful gift you had in Ann. Tom Moring
